Developing a New UX Research Method
Objective: Create a user-centric methodology for the research of business initiatives, aimed at deeply understanding the customer's perspective and fostering empathy to appropriately position products.
Problem Statement: The existing methodology was robust but lacked a user-centric approach, leading to a gap in understanding and empathizing with end users.
Research: Experimented different Design Thinking methods to identify gaps and opportunities.
Design Process: Developed a comprehensive UX research method including defining the end user, mapping user journeys, identifying pain points, matching products to features, outlining benefits, defining value propositions, and building a narrative flow.
Solution: Implemented a structured, user-centric discovery method to align UX strategy with business requirements.
